Who we serve

You built a business. We'll help you build on it.

If you're self-employed, you've probably heard "your income looks too low" even though your business is doing well. That usually comes down to how income is documented, not whether you can afford the home. We work with business owners every day, and we know how to present your income the right way.

Sound familiar?

  • Your tax returns show less income because of business write-offs.

  • You recently changed business structure or started a new venture.

You're not alone, and you have options.

How we help

  • We start with a conversation. Tell us about your business and your goals. No paperwork needed to start.

  • We compare programs so you see your best options before you apply.
  • We keep you updated every step of the way.

Frequently asked questions

My tax returns show low income. Can I still qualify?
Very possibly. Bank statement programs look at your deposits, not just your taxable income.
Can I get a HELOC if I'm self-employed?
Yes. Self-employed homeowners can access their equity with a HELOC or home equity loan.
Will you need my CPA?
Sometimes. Some programs ask for a CPA-prepared P&L or letter. We'll let you know up front.
